In case you were wondering seeing two different versions of similar footage... there is a competition with Magic Seaweed (a major surf forecasting website) of a winter session surf vid. To capture one surfer, in one winter session, within a 90 second edit. So I thought I would mix it up and do a different edit, with a different tune... kinda of like a remix!
The song is called 'Deeper' written and performed by a good friend, Gareth Logan. So has been cool to mix it up. The competition is interestingly full of shortboarding entries, so thought it was kinda fitting that the last shot is of James doing his thing infront of a (seemingly) appreciative 'shortboarder'.
